Insurance Accepted

Dr. Natasha accepts the following insurances: Aetna, Alliant, Allegiance, Ambetter, Amerigroup, Anthem, BCBS, Caresource, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser, Lyra, Peachstate, and United Healthcare. While she accepts these insurances it is the clients responsibility to cover cost their insurance does not cover or declines to pay.

Individual Counseling

$125/hour — During this time I utilize multiple techniques to ensure that the time is maximized and the client continues to work towards the established goals. The session last approximately 50-60 mins and often end with homework to reenforce what was discussed during the session.

Trauma disorders are defined as exposure to a traumatic or stressful event. This may include but not limited to automobile accidents, child sexual abuse, traumatic brain injury, physical abuse, emotional and psychological abuse. I work to support the client as they process their experiences and move from survivor to thriver.
Functional Neurological Disorders/Somatic Related Disorders are characterized by current, multiple, somatic symptoms that are distressing. There may or may not be a connection to a medical diagnosis. I work to support the client in understanding what has triggered their physical response to what is happening psychologically to them. They learn more effective coping skills to manage life stressors.
Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behavior in an intimate relationship where one partner seeks to control and dominate the other. It can include physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, and financial abuse, and often escalates over time. The aim is to exert power and control over the victim, undermining their autonomy and well-being.
Anxiety disorders are disorders that share features of excessive fear and anxiety and related behavioral disturbances. I support the client in addressing their fears and creating coping strategies that allow them to move through their anxiety and regain their sense of calm and peace.
Depression disorders consist of symptoms that include sad, empty or irritable mood, and accompanied by somatic and cognitive changes. I support the client in developing coping skills that allow them to manage their emotions and moods better.

Couples Counseling

$250/1.5 hours — During this time I support the couple in identifying their goals and work towards them. Many couples come to counseling due to a crisis. I support them in identifying the silent crisis that they have overlooked prior to their current crisis. As they learn to address issues and learn effective skills to move forward the healing begins.

Many couples experience communication issues for a variety of reasons. Often times they both need the encouragement of learning better ways to communicate their needs as well as how to hear their partners needs. I spend time equipping the clients in learning to identify their individual needs, communicate those needs to their partner and listen to their partners needs.
In research completed on couples in the U.S., approximately 25% of men and 15% of women have participated in sex outside of their marriage. If the couple is committed to the healing process they can move past this and build a stronger marriage. The couple establishes the goals for their marriage and I provide non-judgmental support and tools to assist them in reaching their goals.
Many individuals have experienced trauma prior to entering their relationship. In some cases the partner is aware and in other cases the partner is unaware. I support both individuals in healing and learning new ways to communicate their needs to each other.

Supervision

$125/1.5 (individual) $75/1.5 hours (2 clinicians) —During this time I will support the associate licensed therapist in obtaining effective supervision and feedback towards licensure. This is the opportunity for the associate therapist to ask questions as well as gain support to communicate their needs in their employment/internship site.
